Want to build strength, speed, and stamina to boost your training, fitness, and athleticism?

Ewa Bailey of Adrenaline Fitness is offering a special workout series made specifically for runners—the perfect complement to our FitFirst spring run clinics!

Focused on developing running strength, the 13-session program goes hand-in-hand with our 10k, half marathon and marathon running clinics. Each week, you’ll enhance your running fitness and overall athleticism by completing a running workout along with a challenging strength and conditioning session.

Each class includes:

  • A thorough warm-up and 5km run workout

  • Strength and conditioning in the gym

Limited to 12 people, this 14-week (13-session) Thursday-night class runs:

  • Between January 24th and April 25th

  • Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

  • At Adrenaline Fitness – 4596 Marine Drive (most weeks—some sessions will take place at a nearby location for hill or track work)

This program is open to runners of all levels, who can run or walk/run at least 5k.
