We host three running clinics annually, in 12 week cycles. Typically they begin in January, May, and September and are split in two major training groups with those training for a 10K distance in one group and those training for a ½ marathon in another. Speed groups are available in both distance groupings. The clinics meet Sunday mornings @ 9am.
We encourage you to participate in a local 10K or ½ marathon that takes place at the end of each clinic. However, if your goal is just to participate and be active with a group of peers, that’s groovy too!

1/2 Marathon & 8km Walk & Run Clinic Begins January 24th
January kicks off a new batch of clinics, make this year your best yet and join us! Whether you're new to running or want to beat a personal best time, join us every Sunday @ 9am starting January 24th for our informative, exciting, and all around fun run clinic!! We work in a welcoming environment and our team of experienced leaders are there for all levels of runners and walkers!
Our pace leaders will help ensure you not only don't get lost, but also run at the appropriate pace to achieve your goals! Pace leaders will cover speeds from a 45-50 minute to 1.5hr+ 10k times and everything in between! With a total of 14 pace groups, you can be sure to find the speed that is right for you!
When: Every Sunday between (and including) January 24th-May 1st @ 9am
