We have two locations—here’s how to choose the best fit for your needs:

Fit First Footwear (Burnaby) is just one minute off Highway 1 near Kensington & Sprott. This location carries shoes for the whole family—men’s, women’s, and kids’—including walking, running, hiking, trail, and court shoes. We stock sizes from women’s 5 up to men’s 16, in a wide range of widths.

Fit First Footwear – Kitsilano (formerly LadySport) has been your trusted women’s-only stores since 1983, offering the largest selection of women’s shoes in the Lower Mainland. As of December 15th, 2025 we’ve renovated and re-branded that store to be a second Fit First Footwear location! Don’t worry, we’re still the same owners, staff and offer the same experience you’ve always loved from LadySport, but we now fit all feet! You’ll find everything from athletic and casual styles to sandals and court shoes, with sizes ranging from women’s 5 to men’s 16 and options in narrow and extra-wide widths. We can’t wait to show off our newly renovated store and start helping your entire family!

Absolutely! Each product listing shows where it's currently available. At checkout, choose that store as your pickup location, and we’ll set the item aside for you.

Please note: Orders containing items from different locations aren't always eligible for pickup at checkout. Contact us if you’d like to arrange a single pickup location for multiple items.

Yes! We offer a variety of shoes in wide, extra-wide, and other hard-to-fit sizes. As shoe fitters, we’ve equipped ourselves with the products and sizes needed to fit those tough-to-fit feet.

Yes! Whether you're running, walking, or hiking or playing some tennis or pickleball, we can help guide you to the right shoes for your specific activity. Our focus is on finding footwear that will support your foot health and enhance your performance.

Many extended medical providers offer coverage for the shoes we carry, but this is often determined on a case-by-case basis. While we do not provide direct billing, we can supply you with an invoice or quote that meets your healthcare provider's shoe prescription requests. Just ask your shoe fitter for more information!

Yes, we offer an easy return or exchange process if your shoes don't fit or aren’t right for your needs.

While you can take as much (or as little) time as you'd like to trial different footwear options in our store, we also encourage you to wear them at home to ensure they are the perfect fit.

We can issue refunds on regular-priced footwear that has been worn in a household setting within 14 days of purchase. If you need more time, we can provide an in-store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Yes, many of our guests use orthotics and so we offer a range of shoes that accommodate various sized orthotics and braces. During your fitting, our staff will help ensure that your orthotics fit comfortably in the shoes we recommend.

While it is beneficial to try on footwear with your foot orthotics or orthotic device, we understand if you have yet to receive them, or if your referrer would like you to purchase shoes ahead of time. We'll help you choose the best footwear for your situation.

Yes, we offer an online shopping experience with a selection of our most popular products. However, we always recommend visiting us in-store for a more personalized fitting when possible. We believe it provides the best way to find the right shoe for your needs.

While we specialize in adult footwear, we can assist with finding shoes that support growing feet. Our focus is on providing a comfortable, supportive fit for people of all ages.

We carry a variety of products like insoles and socks that can help with foot comfort and health. Our knowledgeable staff can recommend foot care products that complement your footwear and enhance comfort. Please know we do not offer any medical creams, first aid, or taping supplies.
