Our orders ship directly from our stores in Canada.
International Shipping
Sorry, we don't currently ship orders outside Canada.
In-Store Pickup
Each product listing shows where it's currently available for pick-up. At checkout, choose that store as your pickup location, and we’ll set the item aside for you.
Please note: Orders containing items from different locations aren't always eligible for pickup at checkout. Contact us if you’d like to arrange a single pickup location for multiple items.
Order Processing
After placing your order online you will receive an order confirmation email.
Our team works very hard to ship orders within 2 business days, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email to confirm shipping and provide you with a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to make sure that you love what you ordered. If something isn’t the right fit we will happily accept returns of regular priced, unused merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of an in-store purchase or 30 days of an on-line purchase.
All SALE items are a final sale. No returns or refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Testing at home? Regular-priced footwear worn ONLY in a household setting is eligible for return or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

- Undergarments & Swimwear are a final sale
- Gift cards are a final sale
- All Sale items are a final sale
All items must be returned with all original tags to avoid a 50% restocking fee. All returned items must be unwashed & unworn or they will not be eligible for a refund.
On-Line Purchases Only
Refunds - Once your return is received back at our store, it will be processed within 7 business days. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Exchanges - Online exchanges aren't possible, however you can browse our website and place a new order for a replacement.

Fit First Footwear is not responsible for any return parcels that may be lost in transit. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
