Fit 2 Fit - Burnaby to Kits 19km & 7km Social Run!
To celebrate the opening of our BRAND NEW Fit First Footwear - Kitsilano store, we're... going for a run!
Since 2013, the Fit First Run Club has logged many kilometres all around the Burnaby area and now that we're opening a store in Kitsilano, we want to bring that FFRC energy out to Kits!
Join us as we connect the two stores by running from Burnaby to Kits followed by a post-run social at the new shop with complimentary snack and prizes! 19km a little too long for your liking? No worries! We'll have a 7km route option that will start at Science World!
Agenda:
- 8:00-8:30am: 19k Runners Check-in at Fit First Burnaby
- 8:30am: 19km Runners leave from FF Burnaby
- 9:30-9:45am: 7km Runners Check in at the Science World starting location (which is also our 19km route aid station).
- 9:45am: 7km Runners leave from Science World
- 10:30-11:30am: Arrive to Fit First Kitsilano!
- Check out the new shop!
- Enjoy some post-run treats!
- Prize draws from our friends @ HOKA!
- 12noon: Bus back to Fit First Burnaby departs from Fit First Kits
- Please purchase the $7 Bus Ride ticket if you're needing a ride back to Burnaby!
- Bus ride spots are limited!
Event is FREE (unless you're opting in for the bus ride back to Burnaby) and open to all! Please arrive properly prepared for the run with appropriate gear, fuel and knowledge of the route. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@fitfirst.ca!
