With so many choices in the city to get a group "easy/ casual pace run" in, we're zagging and offering a free speed workout!
Coached by collegiate level runners, we'll meet every Thursday starting from May 7th for a workout that builds speed and power. You know... that interval or fartlek workout we all dread/avoid? Yup, we'll make it easy for you and create a fun but challenging workout to help you crush those 2026 running goals!
Workouts are created and structured to accommodate all running paces. Each runner will be able to complete the workout at their own pace and get the most out of their Thursday nights!

What time on Thursday nights?
- We will meet you at the Point Grey Secondary track at 6:30PM.

When you say "speed workout"... what do you mean?
- Rather than your typical easy run, we'll have various structured workouts to help improve power and speed. Coached by Collegiate athlete runners, these workouts are still suitable for all running paces.

What if I'm too slow?
- No such thing! These workouts are built to accommodate all running paces and allows everyone to improve at their own pace.

What if I'm totally brand new to walk/running and not sure if I can keep up?

Every Thursday night workout is FREE! All we ask is that you sign-up for the event once and make sure you agree to our basic waiver!
